What is Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana?
The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Yojana is a state government scheme launched in 2016 under the Seven Nischay programme. It provides education loans of up to ₹4 Lakh at 0% interest to Bihar students pursuing higher education after Class 12.
